Is there a free tier?

No, we don’t offer a free tier. Your subscription enables the privacy protections, performance, data sovereignty, security and administrative controls required to deliver a high-value AI service at a lower cost than other paid providers. It also includes generous usage limits that go beyond what free tools provide.

How much does RaccoonGPT cost?

RaccoonGPT costs $20 CAD per user each month, plus applicable tax. Your subscription includes all core features. Tax is calculated based on the province you select at signup.

How can I pay for my subscription?

You can pay by credit card using Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover, with the option to choose monthly or yearly payments. All credit card payments are processed through a secure Canadian payment partner.

If you’re purchasing 30 seats or more, you’ll have the option to choose invoice billing during signup. Additional payment methods are available for invoice customers. Contact us to learn more.

Can I pay by invoice instead of credit card?

Yes, if your organization has 30 users or more you’ll see an invoicing option during signup. Smaller teams can still request invoicing, which goes through a quick manual review. If approved, your organization gets access right away and an invoice is issued with payment due in 10 days. To request invoicing, contact us at hello@raccoongpt.com.
