Terms of use
Last updated December 2025
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RaccoonGPT. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the legal age of digital consent in your province, to use RaccoonGPT.
2. Account information
You must provide accurate information when creating your account, such as your name, email address, and billing details. This requirement applies only to account details and does not apply to the content you submit to the AI.
3. Account types
Individual users
You own the content you create and may delete it at any time.
Organization users
If you use RaccoonGPT through an organization, administrators can manage your account, assign or revoke seats, and control billing and organizational settings. Administrators cannot view, access, or delete your conversations or prompts. Your conversations remain private to you unless future features introduce organization-level data controls and the organization explicitly enables them.
4. Deployment options
Shared environment
By default, RaccoonGPT operates in a shared environment hosted in Canada with logical separation between customers.
Private deployments
Organizations may request a private or self-hosted deployment for additional isolation.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload harmful or illegal content
- attempt to access another customer’s data
- disrupt or circumvent security
- reverse engineer any part of the service
- violate intellectual property rights
- use outputs as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, or safety decisions
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. AI content and accuracy
RaccoonGPT produces AI-generated content. You understand that:
- outputs may contain errors
- outputs should be reviewed before use
- outputs are not professional advice
- automated workflows must be validated by you
We are not responsible for decisions made based on outputs.
7. Billing
Subscription fees depend on the plan selected. Pricing, features, and usage limits are displayed on the RaccoonGPT website. Organization customers may use centralized billing, volume pricing, and invoicing.
Incomplete or failed payments may result in suspension.
8. Intellectual property
You or your organization own:
- your prompts
- your conversation history
- your outputs
RaccoonGPT owns:
- the platform
- system architecture
- models and orchestration
- UI, design, dashboards, and workflows
- branding and documentation
We grant you a license to use generated outputs for any lawful purpose.
9. Data residency
RaccoonGPT processes and stores customer data only in Canada. We do not intentionally move customer data outside Canada unless explicitly requested by the customer.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or fail to pay for service. Organizations may terminate according to their contract.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Canadian law:
- RaccoonGPT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Total liability is limited to the fees paid in the most recent twelve months
This limitation does not apply to willful misconduct or breaches of confidentiality.
